CS10 Solar cell
The solar cell is used for measuring the irradiation intensity. The short-circuit current rises with increasing irradiation intensity. Depending on the controller, the sensor can also be used for additional plausibility control or direct control. The connecting cable can be extended to 100 m.

Grundfos Direct Sensors™
VFS Grundfos Direct Sensors™ measure the temperature and the flow rate with a single measuring element. Based on the vortex principle, the sensor measures the flow rate by means of the pressure differences caused by the fluid turbulences occurring at the insert. Grundfos Direct Sensors™ can be used in aggressive media as well as in domestic water and thus are ideal for measuring the flow rate and the heat quantity in solar thermal and heating systems.
The digital VFD Grundfos Direct Sensors™ measure the temperature and the flow rate with a single measuring element and then transmit the measured values directly via the RESOL VBus® protocol. Grundfos Direct Sensors™ can be used in aggressive media as well as in domestic water and thus are ideal for measuring the flow rate and the heat quantity in solar thermal and heating systems. VFD 1 - 12 l are designed for systems with low flow rates. VFD 2 - 40 l are designed for systems with higher flow rates. The VFD 2 - 40 l fast is ideal for DHW exchange modules due to its high-speed reaction time.

SP10 Overvoltage protection
Overvoltage protection device placed in housing with outstanding design, suitable for mounting outdoors. We generally recommend installing the overvoltage protection in order to avoid overvoltage damage at collector sensors, e.g. caused by local lightning storms.
FAP13 Outdoor temperature sensor
The FAP13 is used for measuring the outdoor temperature with a platinum measuring element. The FAP13 is placed in a weather-resistant housing with outstanding design and is designed for mounting outdoors. Cable glands for the sensor cables at the bottom of the housing allow easy installation.

T-piece sensor
T-piece sensor for mounting into pipes. The T-piece sensor in the immersion sleeve measures the temperature of the circulation medium.

Because of the short component length, it is
recommended to use the immersion sleeve TH30
with the temperature sensor FKP5,5 or FRP5,5.
