Commitment to sustainability
Since 1977, RESOL has been developing, producing and distributing innovative, high-quality as well as efficient products and solutions for heating and energy systems.
In doing so, we have always been focusing on acting responsibly and, as a family business, have committed ourselves to an environmentally conscious corporate policy. The responsible use of resources has always been just as important to us as diversity in the workplace and long-term, sustainable growth. Our energy efficiency products contribute to a sustainable future.
We are aware of the current global challenges such as climate change, increasing resource consumption, environmental pollution as well as threatened and disregarded human rights. These global challenges can only be overcome in a joint effort. In order to achieve this, the United Nations (UN) has adopted 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Business enterprises are also facing up to these challenges and can make a major contribution to achieving the SDGs.
We take our corporate responsibility seriously. The General Management is united and officially committed to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. By committing to the SDGs and the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, we are sending a clear signal for greater sustainability.
United Nations Global Compact
The UN Global Compact is the world's largest and most important initiative for responsible corporate governance and sets an international standard for more sustainable business practices. The vision is a sustainable global economy based on the SDGs and ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environment & climate and anti-corruption. The network supports companies and organisations in aligning their strategies and activities with the SDGs and the vision of the UN Global Compact.
We pledge to successively expand our sustainability strategy and contribute to the SDGs by offering our employees fair working conditions, reducing our energy consumption & CO² emissions, developing sustainable products and working cooperative with our partners and suppliers.
