Transparency in the handling of your data: the EU Data Act

In accordance with the European Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the Data Act), we provide you with transparent information about our networked products and services. Find out, even before you make a purchase, what data is generated when you use them and how you can easily access or transfer this data. You will also receive a clear overview of your legal rights regarding data access and data transfer.

Upon conclusion of a sales contract, the following contractual agreement becomes an integral part of our contractual relationship. It sets out, in a binding manner, how you may access the data generated by the product, transfer it to third parties, and the extent to which we are permitted to use this data.
